AU: Everyone has a role to play, particularly those born into it. Ichigo is a nobody who dives head first in the sea of politics, tycoons and conspiracies to be able to stand next to Rukia, even as a bodyguard, only to find out his decision is his wall.

I'm alive.

I've started writing again and not exactly drawing. I feel like my drawing must suck now if I start on it again. Have lost several months.

Actually, there's nothing much left to say on LJ. It's been good to be away and do other things. As always, I'm on and off fandoms depending on the mood. At the moment, my crack idea morphed into an epic HanaDan x Bleach fic. I'm forcing myself to finish it because it's the longest thing I've written, so far. I think.

And then I ask the all important question of HOW IS RON/DRACO? I haven't really looked for either fic or art for the past months. I've spent a lot of time rolling happily in the past with Spike/Xander and happily clapping with the joy that is Ichigo/Rukia.

It feels so damn good to have a pair that's so popular, I never run out of fics to read or art to see. I've been spoiled by the IchiRuki goodies so much, I'd probably bang my head if I look at something new and have a rare pair that'll never happen, ever.

Anyway, a brief hi and hello if there's still someone out there who hasn't forgotten me. And I bow out once more. *hugs everyone*

Valiance Keep, Alliance drop off zone from Stormwind Harbor. It's pretty from a distance but crowded once inside. It does give the illusion of a busy town which is nice. And the best part is the long queue for the civilians to enlist in the war in Northrend. And if you talk to the civilians, they're going to huff at you and think you're an asshole for simply walking in and getting direct orders from the general/top ranks. You are supposedly a veteran of war from the Outlands, after all. And I quote, the "big guns" lol except I'm a gnome.

Saw Batman and OMG OMG OMG. Heath Ledger better get an Oscar from that performance. Holy movie, Batman!

It was SO GOOD. That's HOW a good adaptation plays like. Bring out something new and different without disrespecting the origins! Not the Harry Potter massacre we've been seeing since forbleedingever.

On a very angry note, the week's been one craptastic technology hell for me. First my laptop collapses and I had to reformat it and lose EVERYTHING in it. I had back up so I wasn't crying.

Second, my MAIN harddrive crashed the following day. This time, I lost EVERYTHING in it. Including my last Ron/Draco masterpiece. SIGH. There goes the hi-res version that I could've printed into one hell of a poster-size eyecandy.

One, it loads faster.

Two, it now has thumbnails/previews for your deviant watch list. Something that used to be only available for paid accounts and was the ONLY reason I would've paid, but never did after doing it once to clear my watch list.

Three, can now reply without moving away from that one page and having to go back to the original artwork's page.

Four, there is the happy X button for each thumbnail. No need to click a long list and then delete!

Five, there is a sort by ARTIST for the thumbnails!

Only thing missing now is a favorite button so I don't have to move away from a single page. Cheer!

I don't mind seeing my art elsewhere (since I've seen a few and mostly Ron/Draco) even without permission (unless it's a commission) as long as credit's given where it's due. But with no credit at all? Let alone an implied ownership? Hell no.

I don't know how to throttle this girl. There's no contact email on that site and someone from devart who seems to know the girl (and the one who told me about this) said she'd tell her to take it off. But the layout's changed since I last looked and it's STILL THERE.

I guess I've crossed the threshold between mediocre artist to the point where someone liked it enough to steal it. Flattered but far from amused. >:O

Film synopsis: A storyline that follows two best friends who are looking forward to a summer of fun when a beautiful but troubled girl makes them dangerously compete for her affections. The film follows teenagers Malachy, Luke and Michelle as they embark on a wild weekend of drink, drugs, shop-lifting and stealing cars. But what starts out as a game turns deadly serious when the three discover that they can’t get off the wild ride they’ve set in motion. (hopefully a naked Rupert at some point)

Badass Rupert? ZOMG. One more year.

For the record, I love indie films almost on principle. Lacking the spotlight and media ruckus and the flashy marketing almost always guarantee a well thought out and presented film because the people have little budget to work with, they pour everything on what matters most: the acting and the story.
